Monitor customer collections, outstanding receivables while ensuring adherence to company credit policies Reports Prepare sales reports including Sales Forecast vs. Actual Achievement, Product-wise Sales, Market-wise Sales, Customer Performance, Collection Reports, and MIS Other Ensure compliance and provide regular updates to management on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and new business opportunities.
