Understand market scenarios in target countries for expansion. Source untapped customers in international markets. Tap local dealers in markets with minimal or no geographical presence. Maintain relationships with machine suppliers and vendors for product advocacy. Sales Management & Distribution Network :- Develop and execute monthly sales plans focusing on non-moving products. Respond to inquiries via email, calls, portals, and exhibitions. Increase sales volume by selling the entire product range to new and existing dealers. Participate in exhibitions to promote company products. Track and report on MS orders (regular, non-printed, odd-sized, and special) and Zipper export orders. Coordinate discussions with overseas clients, including final negotiations and sale terms. Manage administration tasks such as orders, contracts, and export documentation. Monitor and report on new lead generation for Magic Seal (exports) and Zipper (exports), and track revenue from new customers as a percentage of total revenue. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Ensure completion of all requisite export documentation for international shipments Customer Relationship Management :- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Provide after-sales service and ensure client retention. Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring issues are not repeated. Create forums to understand and address customer queries and grievances. Maintain constant communication with customers to build trust and provide accurate solutions. Track and report on customer payment terms and aging of outstanding payments Sales Analytics and Reporting :- Create and submit sales reports, including daily sales reports, fortnightly target vs. achievement reports, and lead and lag indicators. Submit MIS reports as per timelines. Review and implement steps suggested by seniors in review meetings. Generate reports on customer payment terms, aging of sales outstanding, and identify defaulter customers. Pricing & Quotation Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements. Negotiate with buyers to close orders. Perform costing for customized requirements. Maintain records of all quotations and negotiations. Collections and Payment Follow-Up :- Identify outstanding receivables and encourage timely payments from defaulting parties. Ensure collection of payments within the credit policy. Work with the accounts team to process payments and refunds. Resolve issues related to billings and credits as per defined timelines. Marketing Initiatives :- Conduct marketing campaigns via mailers and video calls. Monitor and enhance the Customer Happiness Index. Ensure timely closure of customer complaints. Profitability and Margin Management :- Trade discounts to be aligned with the treshold limit set by the organization (Profit Margings) Design all commercial policies like Pricing, Servicing, EBIDTA, etc. Pricing strategy - Defined minimum price for each Product, to be line total over head costs (includes Production, Manpower, Misc. costs), Competition, Profitability & USP In B2B Sales - Align negotiations to the minimum price defined in the pricing policy Coordination & Alignment Task Provide regular inputs to management on dealer expectations and new product demands. Discuss with concern teams for new product development based on customer demands.
