Job Title: Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Description: Candidates should preferably be from similar industries such as rigid plastics packaging, including containers, buckets, etc.

Candidates should preferably be from the South region and should be able to handle key customers remotely while working from home.

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the South region.

Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.

Manage and expand relationships with existing and new key customers and strategic accounts.

Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, and quality) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS updates.

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Language Preferred :-Tamil/Kannada/Telugu (any)

Minimum Education: Masters - Degree
