Job Title: Vice President - Product Development - PVC Stabilizers

Job Description: Identify new PVC Stabilizers product opportunities based on market trends, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Oversee formulation development, trials, validation, and scale-up of PVC Stabilizers to ensure consistent quality and performance

Ensure all products meet customer expectations, industry standards, and statutory requirements.

Provide technical support and product knowledge on PVC Stabilizers to sales and marketing teams, including customer presentations and discussions.

Monitor competitor products, collect competitor samples, and track industry developments related to PVC Stabilizers to keep the product portfolio competitive.

Support innovation and adoption of new technologies related to PVC Stabilizers in line with company growth plans.

Work closely production, quality, and marketing teams for development, testing, and commercialization of PVC Stabilizers products.

Any other responsibilty asssigned by the Management.

Proficiency in multiple languages.
