Develop and implement strategies for workflow optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains, often using Lean or Continuous Improvement principles. Cross-Functional Collaboration:? Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to refine processes and integrate new products or technologies. Reporting & Administration:? Monitor performance metrics, prepare production reports, manage daily paperwork, and handle inventory/supplies.
