Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Knowledge:?Expertise in plastic materials, molding machines (e.g., L&T, Electronica), mold setting, and troubleshooting. Skills:?Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills; proficiency in computers (MS Office) for reporting.? This role generally requires working in rotating shifts and standing for long periods near high-temperature machinery. Production Management:?Supervise daily manufacturing activities, including assembly, testing, and filling of fuses, to meet, or exceed, production targets. Technical Troubleshooting:?Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in manufacturing machinery (e.g., automated assembly, welding, or filling machines) to reduce downtime.
