Job Description: Handle and manage end-to-end production operations of the Injection Moulding Unit.

achived Production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.								

Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency.								

Experience of Rigid packaging in Injection moulding is given first preference.								

Expereicne of IML with Side Entry Robot & PET blow moulding is given first preference.								

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.								

Handle manpower deployment, shift planning, and performance monitoring.								

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, breakdowns, and downtime.								

Maintain production records, reports, and MIS.								

Should have knowledge of IMS.								

Good Leadership and positive attitutue is must.
