Job Title: Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

Job Description: Coordinate with Customers / Marketing team for order confirmation, planning, and timely deliveries.										

Prepare Production, Printing, and Dispatch Plan as per customer orders.										

Manage RM Mixing and Packing Store operations efficiently.										

Plan manpower for Store, Godown, and Dispatch activities.										

Conduct monthly capacity review of machines and molds; proactively plan to address capacity gaps.										

Raise indent for RM / Masterbatch / Packing materials as per production and dispatch plan.										

Ensure overall inventory control of Godown and Stores.										

Monitor transportation as per daily dispatch schedule to ensure on-time delivery.										

Analyze delays, short capacity, and production constraints; implement corrective action plans to avoid schedule failures.										

Ensure implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems within the department.										

Monitor and control non-moving and slow-moving inventory.										

Work on SAP (PP & SD Module) and Excel for planning, tracking, and reporting.										

Submit regular MIS reports to management.
