Operate Palletizer System, Feeder, Classifier, Packaging, Gravimetric Feeder System, High Speed Mixer Operation

Manpower Handling Machine Wise 

Knowledge Of Dust Collector & Mist Collector, Dry Vacuum Pump Operation.

Remove & Fitted Twin Screw For Master Batch

Operate Packaging M/c And Handling The Material Pe, Pp, Tio2, Caco3, Lithopone, Zinc Stearate, Pearl, Pigment ,Dyes , Engineering Polymer  Etc

Ensure Working Area, Equipment, Tools Are Good Conditions  And No Damage

Clean Equipment And Tools To Ensure Required Good Product Quality

Follow Sop



Iso Knowledge

Working Knowledge On Iso 9000/9001, Gmp & Records.

Keeping Record So From Consumption And Product Packing Summary



Troubleshooting

Trouble Shooting Of All Types Breakdown In Production.

Operate Gravimetric Feeder & Troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting  Extruder & Other Machine.



Training Provided

All On The Job

Fire Fighting 

First Aid Etc.,



Safety Related Activities

Working For Safety Related Activities, Loto, Work Permit,

Follow Ppe
