Job Title: Production Head -Thin Wall Thermoforming

Job Description: Manage the production of sheet line and thermoforming production 

Manage end-to-end production processes for thin wall plastic containers using sheet line and thermoforming machines**.

Lead and supervise production teams to ensure timely, safe, and quality output.

Plan and implement production schedules while minimizing downtime and waste.

Monitor machine efficiency, output quality, and troubleshoot production issues.

Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Optimize manpower, materials, and machinery to improve plant productivity.

Liaise with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Prepare daily and monthly production reports and KPIs for senior management.

Implement best practices in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Train and mentor technical staff and machine operators.

Minimum 10 years of production experience  in plastic packaging, especially in  thin wall container manufacturing
