Job Title: R&D and Color Matching

Job Description: Development of New Master Batches shades as per customer samples.

Online testing of materials and corrections if necessary .

Testing of incoming pigments and new pigments.

Maintain development register

Testing of filler and black master batches manufactured at PSRM unit.

Give at least 2-5 Color matching in a day.

Making Decision and solving problems Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve the problems.

Getting Information - Observing, Receiving,and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources

Communicating with Supervisor  Providing information to supervisor, Coworkers and subordinates .

Inspecting Equipment Quality Inspecting Equipment, Materials to identify the cause of errors or other  problems or defects.

Monitor and adjust product processes or equipments for quality and productivity.

Set up and operate production in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures

Keep Production Log

Prepare production documents, such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch record, inventory report, or productivity reports.
