Job Title: Senior Executive Purchase

Job Description: Establishing procurement order streams to match supply with demand on a JIT basis.

Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a strategic level.

Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate.

Should have good knowledge of Engineering and heavy /light machinery spare part purchases and cost working Ideas .

Cost effective purchases and knowledge of calculations to procure Packing materials like Corrugated Boxes , Poly liner bags , Bopp Tapes , Stretch /Shrink rolls , Labels etc .

Should have strong Negotiation skill with best cost working activity Like taking quotes at least from three suppliers and negotiate follow the approval procedure and then ordering  .

Should Take Ownership to timely payment by coordinating with Accounts department basis of the Payment term and other clearance from Plant user and technical team  .
