Job Title: Technical Sales Manager ? Plastic Processing Segment

Job Description: Identify business opportunities for Purging (Cleaning) Compounds / Plastic Accessories in Plastic Processing Segment (Injection/Blow Molding /Extrusion etc)

Implement validation & commercialization of the products by techno-commercial marketing including field trials, on site installation & service.  The products are manufactured by Company?s overseas Principals based in Europe. 

Manage services to existing customers, taking forward existing leads, participate in on-site machine trials, manage regular business communication with overseas principals. 

Develop and maintain profitable relationships with both current Principals and prospective clients.

Identify changes in business dynamics, market place opportunities, competitive threats, supply position etc.

Responsible for handling local warehouse sales.

Travel Pan India for business activities



Candidates currently in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane region would be preferred.

Bachelor?s/Masters degree in Plastics / Polymer / CIPET

5-7 years of experience in sales/service of plastics machinery / Purging Compounds and conducting shop floor trials.

Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections

Confident personality, Proactive attitude, decisive decision-making skills, and a hands-on mentality.

Proficiency in English and ability to communicate with Foreign Principals 

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
