Job Title: Washing Line Asst manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Washing Line Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in operating and maintaining PET washing lines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and team management experience to ensure smooth production.



Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the daily operations of the PET washing line to ensure smooth functioning.



Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal output.



Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.



Ensure the washing process meets quality and efficiency standards.



Maintain detailed operational records and reports on machine performance and breakdowns.



Minimum 2 years of experience handling PET washing lines.



Strong knowledge of PET bottle recycling, washing, and drying processes.



Ability to conduct minor mechanical and electrical repairs.



Experience in team handling and shift management.



Good understanding of safety protocols in an industrial environment.



Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
