Job Title: Shift Incharge - Injection Molding

Job Description: Responsible for managing the overall production activities of the shift, coordinating with various departments to meet production goals and addressing technical issues



Plan and execute production schedules for the shift in coordination with the PPC team.

Supervise the team of operators and supervisors to ensure smooth production.

Handle mold changes and machine settings for optimal output.

Troubleshoot machine and quality issues during the shift.

Ensure timely reporting of production data, quality deviations, and machine breakdowns.

Conduct shift meetings to review performance and set priorities.

Maintain compliance with safety standards and ensure proper training for team members.

Oversee shift handovers and ensure proper documentation.
