Job Description: Developing and executing effective marketing strategies

Building brand identity:?Fostering a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints?

Observing the emerging market trends in engineered plastics and providing marketing intelligence 

Identifying growing sectors to cater our expertise and services 

Must have Agency management experience.

Should use the IT platforms and having strong Social Media presence 

Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

Lead generation through Campaign organizing.

Leading the marketing team 

Using various practices and marketing techniques 

Handling large campaigns 

Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications 

Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels (Events, Exhibitions  ,Email Campaigns etc )

Analyse consumer behaviour and determine 

Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Overall Marketing strategy PAN India and Overseas
