Job Title: Regional Sales Head Plastic Auxiliary

Job Description: To act as a profit centre for the assigned territory by achieving assigned business targets. 

To  lead  team of sales managers/ Regional managers across India

Keep track of market trends, competitors, business cycles and new projects in the region, business development through effective networking.

Identifying key accounts for strategically securing profitable business.

Managing customer base spread across India.

Re-enforce and maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients in order to solicit new business.

Develop & maintain enthusiastic team of sales, service, and support staff.

Interacting with clients, coordinating with technical team, liaising with factory for effective sales of products solution.

Participate fully in company marketing and new product development initiatives.

Provide a written weekly report on all sales activities, achievements, key issued, etc. with projections and strategies for the following week. 

To provide inspired leadership to sales team of 25-30 managers/ engineers

To work closely with top management in devising the strategy for effective business development

About Company: Manufacturer of advanced Plastics Auxiliary Equipment and system solutions for Polymer and Plastic processing  applications
