Job Description: We are hiring Production planning controller  for our company.

Designation - Production Planing Control



Job description

Meeting delivery schedule based on requirements.

Reviewing daily production plan.

Analyzing the scrap generation and acting to reduce in process.

Manpower planning and control.

Responsible for maximum utilization of machines.

Responsible for maintaining mould efficiency & improvements.

Review daily / monthly MIS Report.

Responsible for conduction new mould trails and given inputs for improvements.

Responsible to develop alternate Plastic raw material.

Maintaining the system and documents as per requirements.

Long-time forecasting ? capacity plan.

Root cause analysis (Why ? Why analysis) for each defects / breakdown.

Maintaining Operator, Technician and Engineer Training.

Maintain smooth conduct in production floor.



Requirements and skills

Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

Advanced skills in MS Office

Organizational and leadership abilities

Communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Problem-solving skills

Location - Rajkot

Salary - 30,000 per month 

Experience - Minimum 3 year

Education - BE Mechanical Or ITI
