Job Title: R & D Manager

Job Description: We are looking for R & D Manager specializing in design and development of caps and closures.



Candidate will be responsible for designing caps as per customer requirement, supervise the mould design, mould development, trails and successful release to production

Candidate will ensure proper Project documentation.

Experience in project management of caps and closures is a must.



Project management experience

Tool making knowledge preferred

Experience in coordination with customer.

Know how of product testing and analysis.

Should be open for traveling inside and outside India.

Mould validation experience.

Experience in Blow moulding preferred.



Experience in companies of the likes of ? Beri Cap, Renuka Plastics, IPN, Weener, Gwala closures etc
