Job Title: Shift Incharge Extrusion

Job Description: We are looking for Shift In-charge Extrusion.



Report to-  Head Production



He will be responsible -

To Manage shift and comply with day to given task and achieve production target

To handle the entire shift.

Supervise and monitor the entire plant activity with coordination of Mixing, Quality and Tool Room.

Must Adhere to the plan.

Control the process rejection.

Manpower planning and control on shift.

Must check and verify the shift report.

Accuracy on shift rejection & FG product weight.

Training to the Supervisors and operators

Trouble shooting of Extrusion process.



Skills-

Knowledge of Extrusion Process

Knowledge about improvement tools/ techniques (Lean)

Knowledge of problem solving tool's and techniques

Good Communication/ Liasioning skill

Good Manpower handling skills

Good Leadership Skill

Basic Knowledge of Computer skill.
