Job Title: Asst. Manager

Job Description: Troubleshoot in all equipment's / machines/utilities etc.,

Maintain Highest up time for machine and utilities.

Spares for all machines, utilities to be maintained and reviewed on monthly basis and ensure adequate coverage of spares.

Energy consumption and diesel consumption to be monitored on a daily basis and reported.

Work instructions on how to carry out preventive maintenance along with all the relevant records/details

Coordinate with machine manufacturers and their representatives in case of breakdowns requiring external support. Maintain documents as per required QMS/Corporate Systems.

Kaizen: Take up at least one Improvement activity (Energy savings)every two months from April, then from October one Kaizen per month to be done, and all this to be recorded and verified.

Maintenance Analysis done monthly basis to reduce the Machine Break down.

Maintenance Analysis to be done to improve the machine up time.

Coordinate for Statutory /Electrical inspection / yearly/Half-yearly (Rule-46/63) etc.,
