Job Title:  QC Executive

Job Description: Responsible for color matching .

Responsible for quality approval / rejection

To follow the approved QA Work Instructions

To Control of on line product quality in the main lines

To carry out the in-house calibration

To maintain the record of all testing as per defined system

Prepare work instructions for QA and production process

Carry out visual inspections onsite and Dock Audit for raw material, in-process material and finished material

To resolve the complaints and corrective actions implemented accordingly

Preparation of Data from Quality Assurance on monthly basis

Preparation of Quality Analysis reports from Quality Assurance for all material

Involvement to ensure that Quality System ?is followed as per company policy

To perform ?the all three shift duty as per company policy.

working knowledge on  ISO 9000/9001, GMP & records.

Maintain 5S activity in shift .

perform shift duites 

Working for safety related activities, LOTO, work permit, JSHA.

fire fighting & 1st aid training.

Knowledge Handling the material PE, PP, TiO2, Caco3, Lithopone, Zinc stearate, finawax, sunov in and min block, pearl, pigment dyes  etc
