Job Title: Manager QC/QA

Job Description: Overall in charge for the smooth functioning of QC Department.

Thorough knowledge about manufacturing process audit.

Responsible for preparing the documents and getting the audit done for ISO-9001-2008 and ISO-22000-2005.

Organize the calibration of equipment of QC lab and plant.

Responsible to submit quality inspection and quality audit report to management on monthly basis.

Responsible to Conduct rejection analysis defect wise and take action to reduce the rejections.

Responsible all activities of -

1. incoming inspection

2. in-process inspection

3. FG sampling, validation of all components and process

4. training to QC staff

5. follow up customer complaints related to CAPA

6. data collection and complaint analysis.
