Job Profile :-
To Control and Manage Hair colour /Ezee store inventory efficiently and accurately.
Preparation of Invoices in SAP of whole material which is ready for dispatch on daily basis
Physical verification of Incoming material to ensure correct material from Soap & Ezee plant
To ensure physical verification of store stocks v/s SAP stock of RM/PM .
To keep RM/PM with proper identification marks. Lot no. and QA status.
To maintain GMP Standards, 5- S and FIFO in stores.
To ensure FIFO while dispatch finished goods to RWHs, & PWH.
Train subordinates on accuracy in work and time management.
To monitor compliance of GMP in store
Maintain departmental records.
To ensure compliance of safety systems in stores and encourage the workforce to use personal protective equipment during loading & loading.
