Job Profile :-
Mould design & development of plastic & Rubber automotive & consumer components.
Providing tooling guidance to customer areas like tooling undercuts, ribs to wall ratio, slider & lifter design direction, parting lines, draft angles, shrink marks, warpage, voids etc.
Perform engineering duties in planning and designing plastics moulds from initial part drawing to the final design,
Process knowledge of injection & rubber moulding,
Plan and layout operations to construct, alter and repair a wide variety of complicated plasticsmoulds,
Implementing changes on existing products under direction (ECN).
Perform engineering duties in planning and designing plastics moulds from initial part drawing to the final design,

Garnish, FR Pillar (A Pillar):-
Part found clear in tooling direction, modified rib structure nearby dog house as some ribs where passing through dog houses, provided draft angles on ribs which are designed inside dog house as per dog house
