To Analysis of Semi Finish Products,In-process Samples and Finished Products.
To Co-ordinate and interact with the other department to cause smooth working.
Proper documentation and Maintenance of Quality

Intervene for necessary action towards unresolved issues/complaints.
Ensure all policies and procedures relating to customer complaints are followed and are adhered to and documented.
Prepare date and presentation on customer complaints and review it with top management at regular intervals.
If required in collecting samples of Competitor products.
Average time for inspection Monitor relevant tests on Competitor samples and review reports of the results.
Review and guide Bench marking Lab activities and planning on a daily basis.
Guide in preparation of Marketing Tools by Bench marking Lab and support in outsourcing the activity if required.
Provide guidance in development and implementation of Customer's Test Methods.Reporting& Record Management Review updation of records and transactions in excel sheet data base and/or SAP on a regular basis On time reports
Accuracy of documentation
Upto date MIS Attend daily Production meeting in absence of subordinate to discuss products/quality/customer complaints and accordingly create priorities and action plan.
Review list of all Customer complaints received, response given and corrective action taken and provide guidance on further action.
